Founded by Isa, a Sorbonne-educated, Alabama-raised, Peruvian-American with six years of immigration law experience, Ayni Travel Collective draws on a unique blend of academic expertise, cross-cultural experience, and lived heritage.
At Ayni Travel Collective, we are guided by both Southern hospitality and the Quechua principle of Ayni, sacred reciprocity. Our mission is to create travel experiences that benefit both traveler and host, fostering mutual respect, cultural exchange, and community growth.
